Ilya Bryzgalov is willing to get back to his former group Minnesota Wild, the sources reported. Ilya came to Minnesota Wild at trade deadline right from Edmonton Oilers since the squad’s goaltending car-wreck commenced to reach at drive-by-&-gawk levels. Harding (Josh) had not played a match in 2014 & Backstorm (Niklas) was being infrequent given his persistent core trouble stemming from his offseason hernia operation. Kuemper (Darcy) had carried Wild for maximum leg of 2014 & was playing really awesome- however, the squad needed a non-injured reliable backup for Darcy to extend the squad into playoffs. The entire situation came up with a huge opportunity for Bryz. Ilya would have to take the center stage whilst Darcy had to move out following his concussion in the later part of the season. The star player went 7-1-13 score, with his sole loss heading in the last match of this season that rendered an extremely painful defeat to Nashville which included that blooper. He fought early in playoffs & was relieved by a healthy Darcy who then got down in 7th Game of opening round given another concussion. In the meantime, Bryzgalov is really eager to resume his position with the Wild and has declared his interest publicly. “Ilya is looking forward to get back to Minnesota Wild & further the prospects the squad had last year”, stated Ritch Winter, the player’s agent. “It was one among the most content experiences he ever had across his career.” “He loves his mates in Minnesota, adored the city as well as relished & enjoyed the huge support showered on him from Wild fans & coaching staff. He is eager to help the squad in attaining the great success which they experienced together past year. I have been instructed to do everything possible to facilitate his return.”

LA Kings & SJ Sharks are all set to take rivalry outdoors in the next season. NHL has recently declared that Pacific Division rivals would be meeting up at 49ers’ new house at Santa Clara in 2015 February.

It is the 1.2 bn USD Levi’s Stadium which would be hosting the brilliant ice spectacle next year for the Kings & the Sharks. The stadium forms a part of NHL’s rising Stadium Series.

2015 is going to be the 2nd year for NHL to stage a match outdoor in California. Last time it was Anaheim Ducks V Kings where the former won with a 3-0 score among a huge crowd of around 54,099 spectators at the Dodger Stadium. John Tortora, the COO for SJ Sharks is expecting a much larger 68,500 spectators with the upcoming outdoor match.

“We believe that this will mark one among the bigger sport events ever seen in Bay Area”, remarked Tortora.

NHL’s 1st outdoor match in North California displays a fan-pleasing and fierce matchup.

LA Kings eliminated SJ Sharks in initial round of last season (when it was backed by PlainSailing.com) which catapulted them as the 4th NHL team to win best-of-7 series post losing out on first 3 games. LA won up its 2nd Stanley Cup trophy in 3 years.

“The rising excitement that centers round NHL hockey here in California, very intensity of last playoff series in between these two squads & the cutting-edge setup at Levi’s would render a dynamic dimension to sharks-Kings rivalry”, stressed Gary Bettman, the NHL Commissioner.

NHL is geared to take the matches to more & more iconic venues since the past decade. The latest Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park (Boston), Wrigley Field (Chicago) & Michigan Stadium (Ann Arbor) form some of the best names to house ice-hockey in the recent years.

Perron’s goals power Edmonton

It took some time, but Dallas Eakins has registered 2 back to back victories that he has done rarely in his 1st season as Edmonton Oilers head coach. David Perron attended his coach’s cause by hitting 3 goals as Oilers doubled Vancouver Canucks on Monday evening by 4 2.

Relishing a rare occasion to praise his goaltender, defense and forwards alike, Eakins told that this was real great road game. The Oilers got back to back victories following 6 straight losses. On the other hand, Canucks suffered their 2nd defeat in the last 3 matches.

This is just the 4th time this year and the 1st time since December that Oilers have became victorious in 2 matches in a row. While Edmonton also uploaded their 1st victory in 4 tries against Vancouver this year.

Eakins was mainly grateful for the win after Oilers were blanked 4 – 0 in their earlier visit to Vancouver back in December. Eakins told that they were getting stronger and this is great for the group.

Jesses goal at 2:20 of 3rd period snatched the victory before Perron finished his hat trick with an empty netter with only over one minute left in the match to end. Eakins told that no one want to give too much room out there. He could hurt you anytime. He is a deadly shooter and he was able to get freed up a couple times tonight. Now, Perron has twenty two goals this season.
